It's difficult and expensive to make a cell phone without exposing the user to toxins. Chinese cell phone manufacturing is unregulated, and nobody is testing imports coming in. Will that exotic new Chinese cell phone you just bought on eBay explode in your face, give you cancer or cook your brain?
