Trademark troll who attempted to trademark common terms and extract a fee from anyone who used them got cooked in court, and is now banned from filing trademark extensions in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and under Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Targets included hall of fame baseball player George Brett, "stradivarius" and "dark star."
